OK so I've been on the milk and yoghurt diet for 4 days now and I'm not actually as hungry as I was expecting to be feeling at this point. But i can feeling week, its taking a tole on my body only taking on around 600kcal. What i can believe is that this is a healthy way to diet, im doing it because i need to shrink my liver for the op but there are people who do this to loss weight i really cant see that this is a healthy long term thing. maybe im wrong i certainly would not be able to sustain this if i did not know that i had an op on sunday
